SOUTH CAROLINA -- A petition for a federal court to reconsider an appeal regarding released time religious education in Spartanburg School District 7 was denied last week.
Plaintiff-appellants, including two District 7 parents, a former District 7 student and the Freedom From Religion Foundation, must now decide if they will appeal the matter to the highest level — the U.S. Supreme Court.
