ACLJ Appeals "Seven Aphorisms" Ruling to Supreme Court

Appealing a recent 10th Circuit decision, Jay Sekulow and the ACLJ have asked the Supreme Court to step in and save the Ten Commandments - not save them from being removed, but save them from company. Members of the Summum faith have sought to have monuments of their own "Seven Aphorisms" placed alongside them, arguing that if they are not allowed to make use of that public space, then the Ten Commandments should not either. How Appealing offers links to the ACLJ press release and petition for cert.
