A new Ten Commandments monument battle is brewing in Dixie County, Florida between the Liberty Counsel and the ACLU. See if you can follow the pro-monument logic. I've torn up 3 Venn diagrams already. You see, the monument is not religious; it just "allows people" to "express themselves" in "advance" of "religious freedom."

Anita L. Staver of the Liberty Counsel told Cybercast News Service,"It is not a religious monument. It is actually just an expression of our religious heritage.

"[This case] advances religious freedom, because it allows people in the community to be able to express themselves," Staver said.

She added, "I can't imagine how someone can be offended just by viewing a monument."
