BJC Files Amicus Brief in Innerchange Prison Ministry Case

The Baptist Joint Committee for Religious Liberty has filed a friend-of-the-court brief with the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals in the case involving Iowa's use of the Innerchange prison rehabilitation ministry. That program, funded in part with public money, was found by a lower court judge to be a violation of the Establishment Clause. His decision is being appealed.
