Houses of Worship Bill
Just a late afternoon tidbit....
According to an Interfaith Alliance press release that just came across my email inbox, Sen James Inhofe (R-OK) has introduced a bill in the Senate that would allow churches to endorse candidates without risking tax-exempt status with the IRS. The measure would match similar (misguided) legislation in the House offered by Rep. Walter Jones (R-NC).
